Quynh's Nails Spa online booking allows you to schedule your appointments when it is most convenient for you.
The first time you use our system, you will be asked to create an account. If you are an existing client, this will merge with your existing customer records once your online account is created.

If you need to make the same-day appointment, please call us at 707-242-3202 or CLICK HERE to check if any time slot you want are available.
Our online system will allow you to book as many services (for you and friends) under one account and based on the time slot open.
On your appointment day. We invite you to arrive early (5-10 minutes) so that you may unwind with our complimentary drinks & snacks. Arriving 10-15 minutes late may result in shortened services or be re-scheduled.
By scheduling an appointment with Quynh's nails spa in person, by phone or using our online booking option, you agreed to abide by our policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We are fully committed to accommodating your appointments. Please be courteous to cancel, change or reschedule your service's at least 5 hours in advance by contacting us directly at 707-242-3202. For parties of 2 or more, we REQUIRE at least 24-hours cancellation or change of service's notice. A credit card number may be required for all reservations at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION FEE:
A 50% cancellation fee charge will be applied for each cancellation made less than 5 hours. Groups of 2 or more, 24-hours cancellation is REQUIRED. 100% cancellation fee charge for NO-SHOW’S.​
PETS POLICY: The State Board of Cosmetology and the Board of Consumer Affairs have specific Rules and Regulations stating that "No animals/ pets are not allowed to be inside the nails salon at any time unless it is a Service Dog only with official service vests are the ONLY exception to this rule".
HOLIDAYS: Will be closed on the following holidays; Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

NEW CUSTOMERS: Our representative may contact you to confirm your service within 24 hours of your appointment time. Please make sure to enter your information phone (cell/ home) and email correctly. If we are unable to contact you and confirm with you from the information you provided to us, your appointment will be removed.
